To our valued customers,
Around 2:00 AM on November 6, 2017 our operations team discovered a failed component in one of our storage arrays. Although all services remained available, they continued so in a degraded state, which unfortunately resulted in fluctuating website performance and caused a severe delay in emails throughout the day.
