Service Outage November, 6 2017

To our valued customers,

Around 2:00 AM on November 6, 2017 our operations team discovered a failed component in one of our storage arrays.  Although all services remained available, they continued so in a degraded state, which unfortunately resulted in fluctuating website performance and caused a severe delay in emails throughout the day.

This was an unpredictably unique event, and our staff is working extensively to implement further levels of redundancy to make certain this doesn't happen again.
